The Consortium for Southeastern Hypertension Control is pleased to announce the first recipient of the Warren Trust Postdoctoral Cardiovascular Fellowship Award to :
Xiaoyan Zhou, MD, PhD

Dr. Zhou received the award for her research entitled, “Effects of Specific Aldosterone Receptor Antagonism on Glomerular Dynamics and Histopathology in the L-Name/SHR Model”. The studies will be done under the mentorship of Professor Edward Frohlich, MD, Director of the Hypertension and Cardiovascular Biology Laboratory at the Ochsner Clinic Foundation.
